If tickets are available on the day of a concert, they may be purchased at the concert hall Box Office after 6 PM.  Check this website for availabilities.

Attending and listening to the world-class performances of the Long Island Philharmonic have been a great reward for our loyal subscribers. Now the Philharmonic wants to make that experience even more rewarding. That is why we have created the Maestro’s Circle. The new Maestro’s Circle is the highest level of subscription that the Philharmonic offers. We have added terrific new benefits along with the extra prime seating in the Center and Keyboard side of the Orchestra section. You are guaranteed the best stage view and acoustics in Tilles or Staller. In addition to receiving all subscriber benefits, Maestro’s Circle Subscribers receive the following:

• Invitations to an exclusive Maestro’s Circle post-concert reception. Each season, the Long Island Philharmonic hosts an exclusive post-concert reception where Maestro’s Circle Subscribers may meet our Music Director, musicians and Board Members.

• Have the first opportunity to purchase tickets to non-subscription concerts ahead of other subscribers and the general public. When the best seats go on sale, Maestro’s Circle subscribers have first choice of seats. If you buy your tickets by the official deadline, you will be seated in priority ahead of other ticket buyers.

• You’re pinned! You will receive a distinctive Philharmonic lapel pin, available only to the Philharmonic’s Maestro’s Circle subscribers to identify you as one of the most important members of the Philharmonic family.

• Your Maestro’s Circle Subscriber Card is worth extra savings. With your Maestro Circle Subscription comes a personalized plastic wallet card, which identifies you as a preferred Philharmonic patron. Show it at the Philharmonic’s Gift Kiosk and take another 10% off all philharmonic-branded merchandise. Since you already receive a 10% discount, that’s a total savings of 20%.

Helpful Information

SEATING ASSIGNMENTS: Subscription renewals are filled based on subscriber priority. New subscriptions are seated on a first come, first served basis.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: All subscirbers receive a confirmation of their order. Check this notice over carefully. If you have any questions, please call the Box Office at 631-293-2222
RECEIVING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS:
Tickets are mailed to you no later than two weeks prior to the first subscription concert. Individual ticket orders are processed after subscriptions. These tickets may be mailed separately from your subscription order. All single ticket orders are final sales with no refunds or exchanges. However, subscribers may exchange tickets for an alternate subscription concert up to one week prior to the original performance.
SENIOR AND STUDENT DISCOUNTS: Discounts for seniors (67 and over) and students are available. Seniors must include a copy of their license, and students must include a copy of their current valid student identification to receive the discount
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY: Tilles Center has wheelchair access at all main entrances including a drop-off at the courtyard on the north side, designated areas for wheelchair and handicapped seating, restrooms, telephones, and drinking fountains. Staller Center also has conveniently accessible handicapped facilities.
