Driving Directions

From points West:
Take the L.I.E. to exit 39. Left on Glen Cove Rd. Continue North to Glen Cove Rd. for 1/8 miles to Northern Blvd. (Rt. 25A). Turn Right. Go East to fifth traffic light, turn Right into Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, keep right. Tilles Center is a short distance on the Left.

From points South or East:
Take Southern State Pkwy to Seaford Oyster Bay (Rt. 135) North to the L.I.E Exit 41N. West to Routes 106-107 North. Take the Left fork to 107N to Northern Blvd. (25A) West. Make a Left at the Light. Continue on Northern Blvd. To second traffic light, turn Left onto Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus keep right. Tilles Center is a short distance on the Left.

Take the L.I.E. to exit 62. Follow Nicholls Rd. (County Road 97) North for 9 miles. You will pass over Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike) and Route 347 (Nesconset Highway). The second entrance or University's Main entrance will be on your left. Follow signs for the Staller Center and Visitors parking.

Take Northern State Parkway East to the end. (Parkway ends at Route 347) Continue on Route 347 East to Nicholls Road (County Road 97). Make left at Nicholls Road and travel approximately 3 traffic lights. The second entrance or University's Main entrance to the campus will be on your Left. Follow signs for the Staller Center and Visitors parking.

From New York City:
Long Island Exp. Exit 34, New Hyde Park Road, 3.3. miles to Stewart Avenue. Make left. Go 2.1 miles to Cherry Valley Avenue (Gold dome of Garden City Hotel visible beyond the intersection). Make left hand turn on Sixth Street (immediately after railroad overpass). Cathedral is on the right hand side of Sixth Street.

From North Shore of Long Island:
Long Island Expy Exit 39S (Guinea Woods Road or Glen Cove Road) 3.5 miles OR Northern State Parkway Exit 31A. 1.7 miles to Stewart Avenue (Glen Cove Road becomes Clinton Road in Garden City). Turn right and proceed three traffic lights to Hilton Avenue (Gold dome of Garden City Hotel is straight ahead). Turn left. Two blocks to Sixth Street make right hand turn on Sixth Street. Cathedral is on corner of Sixth and Cathedral Avenue (two blocks down).

From South Shore of Long Island:
Southern State Parkway Exit 17, Hempstead Avenue. Go north 2.5 miles to the intersection of Hempstead Tpke and Cathedral Avenue. Make left, Cathedral Avenue 1 mile to Sixth Street. Cathedral is on left side.
Or:
Southern State Parkway Exit 19, Peninsula Blvd. Go north ½ miles to President Street, make left turn. Follow road through curve, continue across Hempstead Tpke as name changes to Cathedral Avenue. Proceed 1 mile to Sixth Street. Enter Cathedral grounds on your left.

From the Southern State take Exit #44 East onto Rt. 27 East Toward Montauk. Take Exit 52A (Patchogue/North Ocean Avenue) and exit to the right onto North Ocean Avenue.

From the Long Island Expressway (U.S. Hwy 495), take Exit 63 (Patchogue/North Ocean Avenue) and exit to the right onto North Ocean Avenue. Go south to the blinker light and turn left at the next street, Oak Street. Then turn right into the parking lot behind the Patchogue Theatre. Alternatively, stay on N. Ocean Ave. and cross Main Street. (Left turns are not permitted from N. Ocean Ave. onto East Main Street.) Turn left onto Terry Street, which is the first street to the left after crossing Main Street. Turn left again into the Patchogue Municipal parking lot.
